Teaching Philosophy

Michael is passionate about helping coach people to play better golf.  He has always believed that each and every student with the desire to improve has the ability to make their dreams a reality.  The real reward in golf, according to Michael, is the challenge to be the best that you can be, and the journey you take to get there.  All of his students improve and have fun with the learning process on their road to playing better golf.

Through his research of many tips and strategies, Michael has come to the conclusion that each and every golfer has their own unique golf swing that fits that particular person – and no one else.

Michael promises to:
Work with what you have.
Improve the fundamentals that are the most important to your game.
Simplify the learning process for you.
Help you apply the techniques necessary to improving your game as quickly as possible.
Teach you how to practice, and how to create a game plan for each round you play.
Show you how to analyze your strengths and weaknesses, improve your mental game and strengthen your course management skills.
Help you improve your consistency, increase your accuracy, and maximize your distance.
Improve your short game skills – from your putting, chipping and pitching all the way down to your bunker shots.
Develop your driving and short game skills in order to help you reach your true playing potential.

Through the use of state-of-the-art computer and video equipment to analyze your swing, along with his passion and vast knowledge for the game, Michael will deliver expert advice to help you improve your golf swing.  Whether you are a first time beginner, fine tuning your swing, improving your score, or just simply looking for a refresher lesson, Michael is here to provide you with the knowledge and drills to help you achieve your goals.   He works with players of all ages and all abilities, and no challenge is too great for Michael.  He has the gift and the ability to be able to take a complex subject, and communicate it as simply as possible to each and every student regardless of age or learning style.
